2. Sorting

All the pallets we receive are sent to our sorting centre. An initial screening process sorts them into nearly  70 different catagories .

At this stage, some are judged to be unsalvageable because they do not meet our quality standards . They are redirected to specialized salvage centres that process them into wood chips.

A second screening is carried out if necessary. Every pallet is inspected individually. Those that need to be repaired are sent to the repairs department, and those that meet our standards are classified on site according to their own specifications.
